“The sex on the beach, the schnapps made from peach, the velvet hammer, the Alabama slammer...” was the moment the infamous Cocktails and Dreams bar was born and the moment that Tom Cruise and Bryon Brown raised the bar for all mixologists and bartenders’ world wide.  It was Bryon Brown’s words that resonated across the world turning flair into the huge industry that it is today.

Cocktails and Dreams became a part of everyone’s lives the moment Cocktail hit our screens in 1988. With their devastatingly good looks, charm and bar skills Tom Cruise and Bryon Brown won the hearts of every woman and became the dream of every young man.

Brought to you by the experts, they will be hosting a monthly master class at Aquum Bar and Club on the last Tuesday of every month from 7pm to teach you the tricks of the trade and perhaps transform you from a “Young Flannagan” into a devastatingly good looking flair master. We can’t promise the looks but we can promise everyone will want their drink made by you!

Aquum Bar and Club has established itself as a stylish and chic cocktail venue since its opening last year, serving a range of traditional to molecular cocktails from an innovative and appealing menu. They have developed a highly trained team of bartenders who are all involved in the flair industry at various levels. 

Classes are done on a first come served basis and are priced at £20 per head. The flair class can also be booked for private and corporate bookings.
